Ingredients
- 2 Discs Black bread
- 4 piece Eggs
- 4 Discs Black Forest ham
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 1 tsp Chive rings
- 1 medium sized Red pepper
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- Cut the lid off the bell pepper, remove the core, wash it and cut the bell pepper horizontally into rings 1-2 cm thick. Heat 1 tablespoon butter in a pan and spread the 4 bell pepper rings in it. Beat the eggs. Let 1 egg slide into each bell pepper ring.
- Season with salt and pepper. Let the eggs set for about 10 minutes. Brush the bread slices with the remaining butter (1 tablespoon) and top with 2 slices of ham. Spread the pepper and egg rings on the bread and serve sprinkled with chives.
