  • 500 g Fresh strawberries
  • 4 tablespoon Sugar fine
  • 200 g Liquid cream
  • 2 packet Bourbon vanilla sugar



  • My Göga brought strawberries from Andalusia yesterday. Looked good, but after tasting a strawberry, I was right in my guess. Hardly any aroma. That's why I made them tasty right away, smile.

Fast preparation

  • Rinse the strawberries and remove the stalks. Cut into pieces and place in a bowl. Spread the sugar over it and mix everything together. Then cover and let stand for about 1.5 hours until juice has formed.
  • Beat the cream with the vanilla sugar until stiff. Put some strawberries in glasses, some cream on top. Then decorate with strawberries again and then with the last cream.
  • Enjoy your meal.
