  • 150 g Sugar
  • 1 Msp Baking soda
  • 3 Eggs

  • 250 g Low fat quark
  • 3 tbsp Vanilla sugar

Instructions

  • Spread the dough in a socket sheet (24 wells, 1 tablespoon of dough per well) and bake in the oven (convection 160 degrees) for about 15-20 minutes and let it cool.
  • For the cream, cream cheese, quark and vanilla sugar, mix well with a spoon. Not with the mixer so that the cream doesn't get too thin. Wash, clean and halve strawberries or raspberries if necessary. Spread the cream on the bases and garnish with the fruit.
