Ingredients
 

  • 1 kg Fresh strawberries
  • 1 packet Stevia preserving sugar
  • 1 Vanilla stick
  • 1 Vanilla flavor

Instructions
 

  • Wash and clean the strawberries and puree them with a hand blender. Then put the sugar with the strawberries in a saucepan, stir well and bring to the boil.
  • Scrape out the vanilla stick and add the strawberries to the boil, add a little vanilla flavor if necessary.
  • Rinse the glasses with hot water.
  • Let the strawberries boil for about 3 minutes, then fill them into glasses and close them immediately, leave the glasses upside down for about 5 minutes and then let them cool down.
