Strawberry Ice Cream: Homemade The Easy Way

This is how strawberry ice cream is easy to make yourself

Homemade strawberry ice cream not only tastes better but is also usually healthier.

  • You don’t need much for the ice cream: 210 grams of strawberries, 100 grams of sugar, 175 milliliters of milk, 70 milliliters of sweet cream, and 3 tablespoons of lemon juice.
  • First, wash the strawberries and remove the leaves and stems. Then puree them until the strawberries are runny.
  • Now add the sugar. You can also choose powdered sugar here. Also, you can adjust the amount of sugar according to your needs.
  • Now mix the strawberry-sugar mixture with the milk and some lemon juice.
  • After you have whipped the cream until stiff, mix it into the mixture as well.
  • Pour the mixture into a freezer container and place it in your freezer.
  • Now you should keep looking at the ice and checking whether ice crystals are forming.
  • As soon as this happens, you should stir the ice cream mass with a whisk and then put it back in the freezer.
  • Now wait about half an hour and repeat stirring. You should then do this about four times, always at intervals of half an hour.
  • If you stir it the fourth time and it’s still too soft, you can put the ice cream back in the freezer for about an hour or two. After that, the ice cream should be ready to eat.
