Strawberry-passion Fruit Mousse and Truffle Praline
The perfect strawberry-passion fruit mousse and truffle praline recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Mousse:
- 4 Packs Strawberries
- 1 Can Condensed milk
- 200 g Mascarpone
- 300 ml Passion fruit concentrate
- Gelatin
Praline:
- 1 Can Condensed milk
- 3 spoon Cocoa powder
- 100 g Cocoa icing
Mousse:
- Mix the condensed milk, mascarpone, strawberries and passion fruit in a blender.
- Add the gelatine and mix again.
- Then transfer the mixture to a bowl and place in the refrigerator.
Praline:
- For the praline, bring the condensed milk, cocoa powder and glaze to the boil for about 10 minutes.
- Then place on a plate and let cool down.
- Finally shape the pralines with your hands.
