Strawberry-passion Fruit Mousse and Truffle Praline

The perfect strawberry-passion fruit mousse and truffle praline recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

Mousse:

  • 4 Packs Strawberries
  • 1 Can Condensed milk
  • 200 g Mascarpone
  • 300 ml Passion fruit concentrate
  • Gelatin

Praline:

  • 1 Can Condensed milk
  • 3 spoon Cocoa powder
  • 100 g Cocoa icing

Mousse:

  1. Mix the condensed milk, mascarpone, strawberries and passion fruit in a blender.
  2. Add the gelatine and mix again.
  3. Then transfer the mixture to a bowl and place in the refrigerator.

Praline:

  1. For the praline, bring the condensed milk, cocoa powder and glaze to the boil for about 10 minutes.
  2. Then place on a plate and let cool down.
  3. Finally shape the pralines with your hands.
