  • 2 tbsp Strawberry jam
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 0,5 packet Baking powder
  • 200 g Flour
  • 1 packet Custard powder
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 500 ml Milk
  • 150 g Margarine
  • 150 g Sugar
  • 200 g Flour

Instructions
 

  • 1) Cut the strawberries into slices. Preheat the oven to 150 ° convection.
  • 2) Boil pudding with sugar and milk and let cool.
  • 3) mix the first 7 ingredients into a dough. Grease the pan and spread the dough in it.
  • 4) Spread the pudding over the dough
  • 5) Spread the strawberries on the dough. Knead the crumble dough from the remaining ingredients and spread over the strawberries. Bake for 45 minutes
