Strawberry Tartlets

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 egg(s)
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 80 g powdered sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 80 ml egg liqueur
  • 80 ml oil, neutral
  • 80 g flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 500 g strawberries
  • 50 ml syrup (strawberry syrup)
  • 5 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 bag of cake glaze
  • 150 ml water
  • Fat for the molds
  • Flour for the molds

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

with egg liqueur in the cake base, makes 6 pieces

Whisk the egg, egg yolk, powdered sugar, vanilla sugar, and salt until white and creamy. Mix in the oil and egg liqueur. Combine the flour and baking powder and stir briefly. Pour the batter into 6 greased and floured tartlet molds (approx. 10 cm in diameter) and bake at 180°C on the middle rack for approx. 20 minutes. Let the tartlets cool and then carefully remove them from the molds. Hull and slice the strawberries and top the tartlets with them. Bring the strawberry syrup, lemon juice, 150 ml water, and cake glaze powder to a boil in a saucepan, then let it cool for a minute. Spread the glaze among the tartlets and let it cool.
