Ingredients
 

  • 425 g Flour
  • 100 g Food starch
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 0,75 packet Baking powder
  • 125 g + 2 tbsp of Sugar
  • 1 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 4 Eggs
  • 125 ml Milk
  • 275 g Butter / margarine
  • 2 tbsp Cocoa or chocolate pudding powder
  • 1 Bio Orange
  • 300 g Mixed soft fruit Frozen
  • 1 tbsp Powdered sugar
  • 1 tbsp Form

Instructions
 

  • Mix 1,250 grams of flour, starch, salt, baking powder, 75 grams of sugar, vanilla sugar, 3 eggs, 100 ml of milk and 200 grams of fat with the whisk of the hand mixer to form a smooth dough, halve the dough, add 25 ml of milk and 2 tablespoons of cocoa to half of it and stir in 2 tablespoons of sugar.
  • Grease a springform pan (26 cm). Divide the dough into the springform pan, pull it in a spiral with a fork and smooth it out. Wash the orange, rub dry and thinly rub the peel. Knead 75 grams of fat, 50 grams of sugar, 175 grams of flour, 1 egg and the orange peel to make a crumble
  • Distribute the frozen berries evenly on the dough, press lightly and sprinkle with sprinkles. Bake the cake in a hot oven at 200 degrees (top and bottom heat) or 175 degrees (hot air) for about 1 hour.
  • Take out and let cool down. Sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.
