Stuffed Champions and Grilled Peppers

  • 2 Pepper fresh
  • 6 Big mushrooms
  • Grated cheese
  • Ham cubes
  • Chopped herbs
  • Pepper
  • Salt
  • Paprika spice
  • Spices at will
  • Chili


  • For the filling, cut the stalks of the champions into small pieces and mix with grated cheese, diced ham, chilli and fresh herbs. Add salt, pepper, mild and hot peppers to the champions and the half peppers, oregano and spices to taste and then add the cheese mixture and grill it until the cheese melts. In addition there was simply a marinated turkey mince steak from the Lidl.
