Ingredients
 

  • 5 Pc. Figs fresh
  • 20 g Rice
  • 2 Msp Citric acid
  • Dill
  • 2 Pc. Pear Nashi fresh
  • 3 Pc. Sheep cheese round
  • Pepper White
  • 1 tbsp Currants
  • 30 g Pine nuts
  • 4 tbsp Sesame oil

Instructions
 

  • Carefully scoop out the figs with a teaspoon. Finely chop the dill. Mix rice, citric acid, pepper, currants and pine nuts in a bowl. Stuff the figs with it.
  • Cut the nashi pear and sheep cheese into talers. Put 2 tablespoons of sesame oil in each pan. Fry the thalers until golden brown over a low heat.
  • First place the Nashi pear thaler on a plate, then the sheep cheese thaler and the fig on top. Serve warm.
