Ingredients
 

  • 4 Large potatoes
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 disc Cooked ham
  • 1 Red onion
  • Grated mozzarella
  • Olive oil
  • Parsley
  • Salt pepper

Instructions
 

  • Cook the potatoes in salted water.
  • Cut a lid off the potatoes and scoop out the inside with a spoon.
  • In a bowl, mix the eggs with the inside of the potato, salt, pepper, chopped parsley and ham cut into strips and pour into the potatoes.
  • Place the potatoes in a baking dish and sprinkle with mozzarella.
  • Bake in a preheated 170 ° oven for about 20 minutes.
