Sup Sayur Kalapa jeung Mie
Sup sayur kalapa anu sampurna sareng resep mi kalayan gambar sareng petunjuk léngkah-léngkah anu saderhana.
- 1 kutub Leek seger
- 200 g zucchini seger
- 20 g suung Mu-Err
- 250 g Asparagus héjo seger
- 250 g suung coklat
- 1 sdm Minyak
- 400 ml Santan ipis
- 200 ml kaldu sayur
- 150 g pasta
- 1 Fresh lime
- Uyah jeung cabé
- 0,5 kebat coriander seger
- Soak suung Mu-Err dina cai salila kira 60 menit, tuang kaluar cai soaking tur bilas suung Mu-Err kalawan cai tawar.
- Ngumbah leek jeung zucchini jeung pat garing. Ngabersihan suung. Potong leek kana cingcin. Beulah zucchini lengthways jeung potong keureut jeung suung. Ngumbah asparagus, mesek katilu handap, motong tungtung. Potong tumbak asparagus kana lembar.
- Panas minyak dina panci jeung tumis suung, leek jeung zucchini. Lajeng nambahkeun asparagus, usum sagalana jeung uyah jeung cabé. Tuang santan jeung stock jeung masak salila kira 8 menit, teu lila saméméh ahir waktu masak, tambahkeun suung Mu-Err.
