Crumble jeung Cherry Kue
Resep kueh crumble sareng céri anu sampurna kalayan gambar sareng petunjuk léngkah-léngkah anu saderhana.
- 350 g céri haseum ngawétkeun lemes
- 2 sdm currant jam hideung
- 300 g Tepung
- 120 g Gula
- 100 g almond taneuh
- 200 g mantega
- 1 sapotong Endog
- 1 sdm taneuh kayu manis
- 1 séndok baking powder
- I tried to bake this recipe from a magazine. Since I’m a back-0, it only worked with advice from my loved ones. In the original recipe, the cherries are pureed together with cherry jam. I left them whole and took other jams (homemade by my loved one).
- Campur céri lemes sareng jam currant hideung. Campur 150 gram tipung jeung baking powder jeung almond. Campur 120 gram mentega sareng 50 gram gula dugi ka buih. Mimiti aduk endog lajeng campuran tipung.
- Grease loyang ku mentega jeung lebu ku tipung. Tuang adonan kana kapang jeung rata eta kaluar, ogé nutupan pasisian casserole kalawan adonan.
- Nyebarkeun campuran céri jeung jam dina adonan. Preheat oven listrik ka 180 derajat (convection).
- Campuran crumble kneaded tina 150 gram tipung, 70 gram gula, 80 gram mentega lemes jeung bubuk kayu manis. Nyandak kayu manis mangrupikeun ideu anu dipikacinta.
- Ayeuna ngadistribusikaeun crumble dina cherries jeung Panggang jajan di tengah oven salila kira 30 menit.
- I know it’s not a great art of baking and I’m still learning, but the cake was always delicious. The ground and the streusel were a bit dry. But I don’t know why. Will bake it again on a baking sheet.
