Apel amis, Wortel jeung Walnut Roti
Resep apel amis, wortel sareng roti walnut anu sampurna kalayan gambar sareng petunjuk léngkah-léngkah anu saderhana.
- 250 g tipung dieja
- 150 g gula beureum
- 1 sdm baking powder
- 1 ciwit Uyah
- 1 séndok Cinamon
- 0,5 sdm pala parut
- 0,25 TSP taneuh allspice
- 0,5 séndok jahé taneuh
- 100 ml jus apal
- 75 g mentega dilebur
- 2 Pc. Endog
- 1 sapotong apel tart badag, diadu, peeled na finely grated
- 100 g wortel parut finely
- 75 g walnuts dicincang
- 50 g kismis
- Campur tipung, gula, uyah, kayu manis, pala, allspice jeung jahé dina mangkok.
- Dina mangkok sejen, aduk babarengan endog, jus apel jeung mentega. Aduk kana campuran tipung dina porsi. Knead dina kacang dicincang, kismis, wortel grated jeung apel grated.
