Summer Biscuits …

The perfect summer biscuits … recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 100 g Butter
  • 120 g Sugar
  • 0,5 Fresh lime
  • 1 tablespoon Citro – Back
  • 100 g Ground almonds
  • 40 g Natural yogurt 0.1%
  • 200 g Flour
  • 0,5 Lemon fresh
  • 1 tablespoon Natural yogurt 0.1%
  • Powdered sugar
  • Food colors
  1. Squeeze the lime. Mix the butter with sugar, lime juice and lemon flavor. Stir in the almonds and yoghurt one after the other. Sieve the flour over it and knead into a dough. Wrap in cling film and put in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Roll out the dough on a little flour. Cut out biscuits and place on the baking sheet. Bake in the oven at 160 degrees for about 12 to 15 minutes. Let cool down.
  3. Squeeze the lemon. Mix the juice with the yogurt and powdered sugar. If you like, color it with food colors. Glaze cookies with it. Let dry.
