Superfood Bowl

The perfect superfood bowl recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 0,5 piece Pomegranate
  • 1 piece Avocado
  • 1 bunch Arugula
  • 2 piece Smoked trout fillet without bones
  • 100 g Sour cream
  • 2 tbsp Basil pesto
  • 1 tsp Cream of horseradish
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • Salt and pepper for seasoning
  • 1 pack Uncle Ben’s Express Natural Rice
  • 3 tbsp Roasted onions
  1. Remove the seeds from the pomegranate. Halve the avocado and remove the core and skin. Wash the rocket and shake dry. Cut the trout fillets into large pieces. Mix the sour cream with the pesto, horseradish and lemon juice and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Prepare and serve rice according to the instructions on the packet. Serve the rocket, trout pieces and avocado next to it and drizzle everything with the dressing. Scatter pomegranate seeds and fried onions over the top.
  3. Season everything lightly with salt and pepper.
  4. Tip 4: Is also delicious with smoked or pickled salmon.
