Ingredients

  • 500 g Waxy potatoes
  • 500 ml Water
  • 100 ml Brandy vinegar
  • Salt pepper
  • 2 tbsp Mustard
  • Maggi wort
  • Oil
  • Soup broth

Instructions

  • Boil the potatoes in salted water. Let cool slightly, peel and slice. Season with salt and pepper. Let the sliced potatoes cool down a bit. Otherwise it can happen that the salad is completely mashed when it is put on.
  • Make a dressing from hot water, broth, Maggi (if you like) mustard, vinegar and oil. (Rubbing the handle of the whisk between your hands in the measuring cup is the quickest way). This gives approx. 750 ml of dressing
  • Pour the dressing over the potatoes in stages and fold in. Gradually add more dressing until the consistency is right. The salad has to 'schwätza' (smack your lips)
