Ingredients
 

  • 2 kg Zucchini
  • 6 Onions
  • 1 Garlic bulb
  • 10 Bay leaves
  • 0,5 packet Dill TK
  • 3 tbsp Salt
  • 5 tbsp Stevia
  • 1 L Wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Curry
  • 3 Carrots
  • 1,5 L Water
  • 3 Red Paprika
  • 5 tbsp Sauerbraten seasoning

Instructions
 

  • Wash and clean the vegetables. Dice the zucchini and paprika, cut the carrots into slices, quarter the onions.
  • Boil a stock of water, vinegar, stevia, salt, sauerbraten Gewürz, curry, bay leaves and dill. Add the vegetables and cook for about 10 minutes.
  • Pour hot into clean glasses, close and turn upside down for 5 minutes.
