Ingredients
- 2 kg Zucchini
- 6 Onions
- 1 Garlic bulb
- 10 Bay leaves
- 0,5 packet Dill TK
- 3 tbsp Salt
- 5 tbsp Stevia
- 1 L Wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp Curry
- 3 Carrots
- 1,5 L Water
- 3 Red Paprika
- 5 tbsp Sauerbraten seasoning
Instructions
- Wash and clean the vegetables. Dice the zucchini and paprika, cut the carrots into slices, quarter the onions.
- Boil a stock of water, vinegar, stevia, salt, sauerbraten Gewürz, curry, bay leaves and dill. Add the vegetables and cook for about 10 minutes.
- Pour hot into clean glasses, close and turn upside down for 5 minutes.
