Sweet Mustard with Horseradish

Ingredients
 

  • 200 gr Mustard flour yellow
  • 50 g Yellow mustard seeds
  • 50 g Mustard seeds brown
  • 100 ml White vinegar
  • 50 ml Water
  • 50 ml White wine dry
  • 2 tsp Horseradish fresh
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 5 tbsp Honey liquid
  • 100 g Cane sugar

Instructions
 

  • Mix mustard flour, mustard seeds and sugar in a bowl
  • Bring the vinegar, water and honey to the boil and allow to cool. Pour on the white wine.
  • Pour the cooled honey and vinegar mixture over the mustard mixture while stirring. Let it swell, if necessary dilute with a little water.
  • Mix in the horseradish and pour into glasses, store in the refrigerator
  • Note 5: Experiment 1 is sweet but also as hellishly hot .... so if you like to spit fire .... Oh yes and Sunny - it's your fault * gg *
