Ingredients
- 280 g Sifted flour
- 80 g Sesame fresh
- 2 tsp Baking powder
- 1 tsp Salt
- 50 g Butter at room temperature
- 125 g Extra fine sugar
- 350 ml Milk
- 2 Eggs
- 2 tbsp Lemon juice
Instructions
- Put the flour, salt and baking powder in a large mixing bowl.
- Remove 2 tablespoons of sesame seeds and set aside, fry the rest in a pan without oil. Let cool down briefly and then fold into the flour mixture.
- Whisk the butter and sugar in a separate bowl until frothy. Fold in the eggs, then add the milk and lemon juice. Mix well again.
- Pour the milk mixture over the flour mixture, whisk thoroughly and put everything in a greased box or bread pan and bake at 160 ° C for about 45 minutes. Perform baking tests with a wooden stick. When the bread is done, take it out of the oven and let it cool down briefly in the pan, then turn it out!
- Tastes great with butter or with the mulled wine jelly from my cookbook! 😉
