Whisk the butter and sugar in a separate bowl until frothy. Fold in the eggs, then add the milk and lemon juice. Mix well again.
Pour the milk mixture over the flour mixture, whisk thoroughly and put everything in a greased box or bread pan and bake at 160 ° C for about 45 minutes. Perform baking tests with a wooden stick. When the bread is done, take it out of the oven and let it cool down briefly in the pan, then turn it out!
