Swiss Chard with Fried Egg and Boiled Potatoes

Ingredients
 

  • 1 kg Swiss chard fresh
  • 1 Onion
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 100 g Double cream cheese
  • 100 ml Cream
  • 50 ml Milk
  • 0,25 tsp Sugar
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 2 pinches of nutmeg
  • 2 pinches of pepper
  • A little rApeseed oil to fry the onion

Instructions
 

  • Wash the chard well, cut off the stems and cut four pieces into small pieces, I threw away the rest of the stalks. Roughly chop the chard leaves, finely dice the onion and finely chop the garlic
  • Fry the onion in the oil, add the chopped stalks and fill with the milk, simmer for about 4 minutes
  • Then boil the coarsely chopped Swiss chard, add the spices and garlic and cook for another 10 minutes
  • Add the cheese and cream, season to taste and, if necessary, season again.
  • We only had fried eggs and boiled potatoes.
