Wash the chard well, cut off the stems and cut four pieces into small pieces, I threw away the rest of the stalks. Roughly chop the chard leaves, finely dice the onion and finely chop the garlic
Fry the onion in the oil, add the chopped stalks and fill with the milk, simmer for about 4 minutes
Then boil the coarsely chopped Swiss chard, add the spices and garlic and cook for another 10 minutes
Add the cheese and cream, season to taste and, if necessary, season again.
We only had fried eggs and boiled potatoes.
