Ingredients
- 250 g Tagliatelle
- 400 g Mushrooms brown
- 200 g Creme fraiche Cheese
- 250 g Homemade vegetable broth
- Sea salt, black pepper, sunflower oil
Instructions
- Cook and strain the tagliatelle according to the instructions on the packet. In the meantime, clean and quarter the mushrooms and fry in oil. Add the creme fraiche and vegetable stock, bring to the boil and cook over medium heat for 7-10 minutes until the desired consistency is achieved, season with sea salt and pepper. Add the ribbon noodles, mix well, arrange and serve.
