  • 75 g Starch
  • 1 Spoon tip Baking powder
  • 120 g Powdered sugar
  • 4 stiffly beaten Beaten egg whites
  • Baking paper for the mold

Curd mass

  • 2 Pck. Dr. Oetker cream cake aid
  • 200 Milliliters Mandarin juice
  • 1 large can poured off Mandarins
  • 1 small tin poured off Mandarins
  • 400 milligram Sweet cream
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 Tablespoon Cream stiffener or cream apart
  • 1 small glass Elderflower jelly
  • 1 small glass Orange liqueur

Decoration

  • 1 cups Cream 30% fat for decoration

Instructions

The dough

  • First of all: Line a rectangular springform pan with baking paper. Preheat the oven to 200 ° upper and lower heat, prepare the food processor, 2 bowls and a scale for weighing.
  • Let's go, separate the eggs and beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt and some powdered sugar until they are very stiff. Transfer to a second bowl. , Beat the egg yolks with the water in the machine with the rest of the powdered sugar until lightly frothy. Mix the flour + baking powder + starch and gradually sift into the egg mixture. Stir in slowly with the machine. Now fold in the stiff egg whites with your hand and a spatula.
  • Now put in the baking pan, smooth out lightly, put in the oven on medium setting. Prepare a grid, sample chopsticks, and then fall onto the grid, peel off the paper and let it cool down. then cut across. Put on a plate and the ring? Place a rectangle around the floor.

filling

  • Beat the cream with a pinch of salt and a little thick cream (or Sahn Apart) in the food processor until stiff. Pour into a second bowl. Then whip up 200 milliliters of fruit juice with the two sachets of Dr. Oetker powder and then incorporate one part of quark and one part of whipped cream until everything is used up. Mix in some of the drained mandarins, save a few for decoration.

Complete

  • Soak the biscuit cut in half with the orange liqueur and brush with the elderflower jelly. Now I put a row of mandarine columns on the edge - I also put a rectangle in the middle. Now I fill up with possibly half the quark mixture. Now I put on the other half of the bottom and put quark mass on it again. It may be that there is something left over from the crowd, don't worry, then we will have a dessert.
  • Now I smooth it into a small dome. Cover the outer edge with mandarins (or whatever you want). Whip a cup of cream quite stiff (Sahne Steif this cake went on a trip). Still had blue glitter and gold pearls, well they just had to be on it.
  • One more word. I stand by products like "Sahn Apart" or Dr. Oetker. Just so much about it. Not everything is bad, thanks for the time reading it. Lg. Uschi
