Ingredients
- 1 can Mandarins (175g drained weight)
- 200 g Flour
- 3 tsp Baking powder
- 125 g Sugar
- 1 packet Vanilla sugar
- 1 packet Grated lemon peel
- 100 g Ground almonds
- 1 Egg
- 50 ml Milk
- 150 g Yogurt
- 3 tbsp Oil
Instructions
- Drain the tangerines.
- Mix the flour with baking powder in a bowl, add the remaining ingredients, except for the mandarins, and knead into a dough.
- Finally fold in the tangerines.
- Divide the dough onto paper cases using 2 tbsp. Bake at 160 ° C for about 25 minutes.
