Ingredients
 

  • 1 can Mandarins (175g drained weight)
  • 200 g Flour
  • 3 tsp Baking powder
  • 125 g Sugar
  • 1 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 1 packet Grated lemon peel
  • 100 g Ground almonds
  • 1 Egg
  • 50 ml Milk
  • 150 g Yogurt
  • 3 tbsp Oil

Instructions
 

  • Drain the tangerines.
  • Mix the flour with baking powder in a bowl, add the remaining ingredients, except for the mandarins, and knead into a dough.
  • Finally fold in the tangerines.
  • Divide the dough onto paper cases using 2 tbsp. Bake at 160 ° C for about 25 minutes.
