Ingredients
- 10 Pc. Apples, of the favorite variety
- 80 g Sugar
- 60 g Butter
- 1 portion Sweet shortcrust pastry
- 0,5 tsp Salt
Instructions
- For the first time I cook a salted caramel. To do this, I melt the sugar in a pan until a light-colored caramel mixture is created. Then add a tablespoon of butter & a pinch of salt. I spread that on the bottom of a baking pan.
- Place the peeled and quartered apples on top of the caramel. Close together. I put the shortcrust pastry on top and put it in the oven.
- After baking, the cake is turned inside out. That is, the bottom comes up. To serve you can also add a little caramel and / or enjoy the cake with whipped cream.
