Tarte Flambée with Apple / Goat Cheese Topping

  • 220 g Wheat flour
  • 120 g Water
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Salt

  • 2 Tasty apples
  • 1 Red onion
  • 100 g Creme fraiche Cheese
  • 100 g Goat cheese
  • 50 g Nuts of your choice
  • Fresh thyme
  • Sage fresh
  • Salt and pepper
  1. Dough: knead all ingredients into a dough and let rest for at least 30 minutes. Then roll out a large baking sheet. Spread the crème fraîche on top, cover with the cut ingredients and season with a little salt and pepper. Bake in the preheated oven with top and bottom heat for 20 minutes at 220 degrees. Sprinkle on the herbs and serve.
