- 220 g Wheat flour
- 120 g Water
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tsp Salt
... and what on top
- 2 Tasty apples
- 1 Red onion
- 100 g Creme fraiche Cheese
- 100 g Goat cheese
- 50 g Nuts of your choice
- Fresh thyme
- Sage fresh
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- Dough: knead all ingredients into a dough and let rest for at least 30 minutes. Then roll out a large baking sheet. Spread the crème fraîche on top, cover with the cut ingredients and season with a little salt and pepper. Bake in the preheated oven with top and bottom heat for 20 minutes at 220 degrees. Sprinkle on the herbs and serve.
