Ingredients
The dough:
- 250 Size Wheat flour 550
- 125 ml Water
- 2 tbsp Pumpkin seed oil
- 2 Tl Salt
The topping:
- 3 medium sized Onions, cut into halved strips
- 100 Size Diced pork belly
- 1 cups Sour cream
- Salt
- Colorful pepper from the mill
Instructions
- First, put all the ingredients for the dough in a BBA and process into a smooth dough (I took my frozen, already prepared dough). Chill for an hour.
- In the meantime, prepare the onions, bacon and sour cream mixture.
- Preheat the oven to 250 ° C. Roll out the dough thinly and add the sour cream mixture. Then add onions and bacon and bake for about 15 minutes. Serve hot and enjoy ...
