Ingredients

The dough:

  • 250 Size Wheat flour 550
  • 125 ml Water
  • 2 tbsp Pumpkin seed oil
  • 2 Tl Salt

The topping:

  • 3 medium sized Onions, cut into halved strips
  • 100 Size Diced pork belly
  • 1 cups Sour cream
  • Salt
  • Colorful pepper from the mill

Instructions

  • First, put all the ingredients for the dough in a BBA and process into a smooth dough (I took my frozen, already prepared dough). Chill for an hour.
  • In the meantime, prepare the onions, bacon and sour cream mixture.
  • Preheat the oven to 250 ° C. Roll out the dough thinly and add the sour cream mixture. Then add onions and bacon and bake for about 15 minutes. Serve hot and enjoy ... I thought the recipe was really good! I would like to thank sTinsche for pointing out the dough that it is not yeast dough. I slightly modified their recipe by using my pumpkin seed oil. The dough looks a little greenish when not baked ... hihihi ...
