Ingredients
 

  • 1 piece Red onion
  • 2 piece Garlic cloves
  • 0,5 piece Hot peppers
  • 150 g Green beans
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
  • 500 g Ground beef
  • 140 g Canned corn
  • 400 g Sieved tomatoes
  • 100 ml Meatsoup
  • 1 tbsp Paprika powder
  • Salt for seasoning
  • 1 pack Uncle Ben's 3 Grain Mix with Quinoa Mexican

Instructions
 

  • Peel the onion and garlic and cut into wedges. Cut the pepperoni into rings. Clean the beans and cook in salted water for about 8 minutes and then rinse.
  • Heat oil in a roasting pan and fry the minced meat in it for about 5 minutes until crumbly. Then add the onions, garlic, beans, corn and peppers. Fry everything for about 2 minutes and then add the tomato, stock and paprika powder and simmer gently for about 3 minutes. Season everything with salt.
  • Prepare and serve rice according to the instructions on the packet. Arrange the minced meat with the vegetables and serve everything.
  • Tip 4: If you like, you can serve stirred sour cream with it.
