“Four-boiled potatoes contain the daily norm of sugar. If we exceed this norm, we begin to harm our health very much,” the doctor says. According to her, if a person has eaten four potatoes, he or she should not add sugar to tea or eat bread.

“In general, potatoes are a pretty serious blow to the body,” the cardiologist says. Korenevych noted that potatoes are not a product for daily consumption. Rather, it is a dessert. “For me, potatoes are a festive dish. For example, potatoes fried in lard with onions and dill.” According to the doctor, you should eat potatoes rarely and only in the morning, and not combine potato dishes with bread.
