Doctors have told us which snack will be the most useful and definitely not harmful to health. The ideal snack should be carbohydrate-free and contain vegetables and root vegetables.

Proper nutrition – what should be included in an ideal snack

  • Nuts – pecans, walnuts, almonds, Brazil nuts, macadamia nuts.
  • Olives, olives.
  • Lightly salted fish.

Salad with avocado and redfish – recipe

You will need:

  • Lightly salted fish – 120 grams.
  • Avocado – 1 piece.
  • Tomato – 1 piece.
  • Lettuce leaves – 50 grams.
  • Mozzarella – 50 grams.
  • Olives or olives – 20 grams
  • Olive oil – 1 teaspoon.
  • Lemon juice – to taste.
  • Nuts – pecans or macadamia.

Wash the lettuce leaves well and preferably dry them so that no water remains in them. Put them on a plate, or in a bowl if you are taking a snack with you.

Cut the redfish for the salad into long cubes and place them on top of the salad. Wash and peel the avocado, then the tomato. Cut them into cubes and add them to our salad with fish.

Mozzarella, if you have small circles, you don’t have to cut them, if you bought a large mozzarella, it is advisable to cut it into several quarters and add it to the salad with avocado and fish.

Olives or olives can be cut into rings, added to the salad, and sprinkled with nuts. Drizzle with lemon juice and your perfect snack is ready.
