Vitamin salad – a simple recipe

You will need:

  • Carrots 2 pieces
  • Orange – 1 piece
  • Avocado – 1 piece
  • Asparagus – 3 pieces
  • Cinnamon – to taste

Wash, peel, and cut the orange into small cubes.

Grate the carrot on a fine long grater.

Wash, peel, and fry the asparagus for 1 minute in olive oil.
