Salmon is recommended by doctors and nutritionists for consumption because of the high amount of Omega-3. This fat helps regulate insulin and reduces appetite.

But only wild salmon has beneficial properties, while farmed salmon increases inflammation. Wild salmon contains 114 mg of fat, while farmed salmon contains about 1900 mg.

It is not so difficult to distinguish farmed salmon. Such fish is colored pink. Tilapia fish is very fatty, it contains more fat than bacon. One serving of this fish is much fatter than a donut or burger. Tilapia are raised on farms and fed corn, not lake plants and algae.

Such a diet turns the fish into jelly seafood, and it is very harmful to the body. Tuna itself is a very dietary product. And the spicy spices of tuna rolls are supposed to burn fat.

But in fact, this is not the case. When preparing such rolls, tuna is actually bathed in mayonnaise and turned from a dietary product into a very harmful one.
