The Simplest and Most Light Summer Salad: a Recipe in 5 Minutes

Prepare a salad with radishes and fresh herbs in a few minutes

Radish is a storehouse of nutrients. It contains a lot of vitamins and fiber, which are essential for good digestion.

Nowadays, the markets are full of various vegetables and fruits that are so necessary after the winter. We decided to tell you a very simple recipe for a salad with radishes and arugula so that the body gets all the useful vitamins.

You can make this salad with different ingredients; radishes go well with both cheese and eggs.

Salad with radish and arugula – recipe

You will need:

  • Radishes – 10 pcs.
  • Arugula
  • Dill and parsley
  • Feta cheese – 150 gr
  • Lemon
  • Olive oil

Wash and chop the arugula, you can tear it by hand.

Cut the cheese into cubes and place in a salad bowl.

Wash the radish and cut it into small slices.

Cut half a lemon and sprinkle over the salad, and add the herbs.

Salt to taste and season with olive oil.

If you don’t like arugula very much, you can pour cold water over it for 30 minutes, then all the bitterness will be removed. You can also replace arugula with fresh lettuce.
