Ingredients
 

  • 400 g Flour
  • 200 ml Lukewarm water
  • 1 packet Dry yeast
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 4 tbsp Rapeseed oil
  • 200 g Goat cream cheese
  • 125 g Mozzarella minis
  • 100 g Roquefort
  • 200 g Pizza tomatoes
  • 4 Stems Fresh oregano

Instructions
 

  • For the pizza dough: put the flour, oil and salt in a bowl, mix the water with the yeast in the bowl and knead well with the hand mixer for about 3 minutes until the dough is nice and elastic. Cover one with the yeast dough Let rest in a warm place for 30 minutes.
  • Knead the dough again for 3 minutes and let it rest for another 45 minutes until the amount of dough has doubled. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees. Roll out the pizza dough on baking paper with a little flour and place on a baking sheet. Spread the pizza tomatoes on the pizza crust. Cut the goat cheese into slices and spread on the pizza tomatoes.
  • Pluck the Roquefort into small pieces. Drain the mozzarella minis. Spread both on the pizza. Coarsely chop the oregano. Bake the pizza in the hot oven for about 10-15 minutes. After 10 minutes, sprinkle the oregano on top and finish baking the pizza. Cut three kinds of cheese pizza into pieces and serve.
