for the marinade

  • Chili powder
  • Pepper
  • Salt
  • Paporika powder
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 tablespoon Tomato paste
  • 1 tablespoon Oil
  • 2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Beer

For the chicken holder

  • 1 Can Beer
  • 1 whole Chicken with no inside


For the marinade

  • Mix all the ingredients for the marinade together and brush the chicken with it
  • Feel the beer in the chicken holder, alternatively a fireproof glass or bottle would work, or the beer can itself, which is not so good. Put the chicken on the holder
  • and fry in the oven at 150-180 degrees for 1 hour
  • We always eat French fries with red cabbage with this, but other things also fit
