Oatmeal Yogurt Bread
Ang perpektong recipe ng oatmeal yogurt na tinapay na may larawan at simpleng hakbang-hakbang na mga tagubilin.
- 675 g harina ng trigo
- 225 g oatmeal
- 3 tsp Baking powder, pinahiran
- 1,5 tsp baking soda
- 30 g Asukal
- 1,5 tsp Asin
- 600 g natural na yogurt
- 2 Egg
- Ilagay ang yoghurt sa isang mangkok, idagdag ang 2 itlog at ihalo nang mabuti ang lahat. Ilagay ang harina, oat flakes, baking powder, baking soda, asukal at asin sa isa pang malaking mangkok at haluing mabuti.
- Now add the yoghurt to the flour mixture and knead everything very well to form a smooth dough. Now either form a loaf from it or – like me – form two small loaves and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
- Now bake the bread in the oven preheated to 200 degrees for about 30 – 40 minutes on the middle rack and don’t forget to put a bowl of hot water in the oven – because of the surge.
