Ingredients
- 1 Cucumber
- 1 Tomato yellow
- 1 Tomato red
- 1 Spring onion stick
- 0,5 packet Garden cress
- 2 tablespoon Calamansi balm vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Acacia honey
- 1 teaspoon Green peppercorns
- 1 Hot peppers
- 200 g Creme fraiche Cheese
- Salt
Instructions
- Slice the cucumber thinly and season with salt. Set aside for about 10 minutes. Add the cucumber water to the creme fraîche.
- Puree the creme fraîche with the cress, the peppers, the vinegar, the honey, the peppercorns and the cucumber water.
- Thinly slice the tomatoes and spring onion, add to the cucumber and mix.
- Add the creme fraîche dressing to the salad.
