Tomato and Cucumber Salad with Creme Fraiche

Ingredients
 

  • 1 Cucumber
  • 1 Tomato yellow
  • 1 Tomato red
  • 1 Spring onion stick
  • 0,5 packet Garden cress
  • 2 tablespoon Calamansi balm vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Acacia honey
  • 1 teaspoon Green peppercorns
  • 1 Hot peppers
  • 200 g Creme fraiche Cheese
  • Salt

Instructions
 

  • Slice the cucumber thinly and season with salt. Set aside for about 10 minutes. Add the cucumber water to the creme fraîche.
  • Puree the creme fraîche with the cress, the peppers, the vinegar, the honey, the peppercorns and the cucumber water.
  • Thinly slice the tomatoes and spring onion, add to the cucumber and mix.
  • Add the creme fraîche dressing to the salad.
