Ingredients
- 1 piece Medium carrot
- 80 g Leek stick
- 80 g Fresh celery
- 1 piece Onion
- 6 piece Cherry tomatoes, halved
- 60 g Beef soup, finely chopped
- 3 tbsp Beef gravy
- 1 tsp Chopped parsley
- 1,5 l Water
- 1 tbsp Flavorless oil
- 1 Tl Roast beef spice
- 1 pinch Salt
Instructions
Prepare:
- Wash, clean and peel and cut the vegetables, cut the pieces of beef into small pieces and fry everything briefly in a hot pan (browning effect).
Ferment:
- Now put the contents of the pan in the boiling water with the gravy, simmer for a short 8 minutes until everything is cooked.
Use:
- As a pre-soup or main soup.
