Tomato Beef Broth with Soup Vegetables

Ingredients
 

  • 1 piece Medium carrot
  • 80 g Leek stick
  • 80 g Fresh celery
  • 1 piece Onion
  • 6 piece Cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 60 g Beef soup, finely chopped
  • 3 tbsp Beef gravy
  • 1 tsp Chopped parsley
  • 1,5 l Water
  • 1 tbsp Flavorless oil
  • 1 Tl Roast beef spice
  • 1 pinch Salt

Instructions
 

Prepare:

  • Wash, clean and peel and cut the vegetables, cut the pieces of beef into small pieces and fry everything briefly in a hot pan (browning effect).

Ferment:

  • Now put the contents of the pan in the boiling water with the gravy, simmer for a short 8 minutes until everything is cooked.

Use:

  • As a pre-soup or main soup.
