Ingredients

  • 4 slices Frozen puff pastry
  • 3 Tomatoes
  • 200 g Cream cheese with herbs
  • 100 g Sour cream
  • 2 Eggs
  • Salt pepper
  • Fresh basil

Instructions

  • Let the puff pastry (rectangular plates) thaw for about 20 minutes. Two plates next to each other and place the other at 90 degrees on top. Roll out the square to fit the shape, including the raised edge. Grease the mold or rinse out in the case of silicone, press in the dough.
  • Cut the tomatoes into eighths and place them on the dough. Cut the basil into fine strips, spread over the top. Mix the cream cheese, sour cream and eggs thoroughly, season with salt and pepper. If you like, you can also add chilli. Spread the topping over the tomatoes.
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 190 degrees for about 35 minutes. Let cool slightly and enjoy.
