Tortellini in Gorgonzola and Zucchini Sauce

Ingredients
 

  • 400 g Tortellini
  • 300 g Gorgonzola
  • 1 Zucchini
  • 1 Onion
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 100 ml White wine
  • 1 cup Cream
  • Butter
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Cut the zucchini into thin slices, peel and finely dice the onion and garlic cloves, sauté everything in the butter until soft, deglaze with wine and cream, slowly melt the gorgonzola in it, bring to the boil and season with pepper.
  • Cook the tortellini in salted water.
  • Arrange the tortellini on plates, top with the Gorgonzolas and zucchini sauce, and serve sprinkled with Parmesan cheese.
