Tortellini with Green Asparagus

The perfect tortellini with green asparagus recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 200 g Tortellini filled with cheese
  • 250 g Green asparagus
  • 6 Cocktail tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp Cream cheese
  • Grated parmasan
  • Salt pepper
  • Olive oil
  1. Peel the asparagus if necessary, cut into fine pieces, fry lightly in a pan in a little olive oil, after 3 minutes add the quartered tomatoes. In the meantime, bring plenty of salted water to the boil and cook the tortellini according to the instructions.
  1. Add some cooking water to the vegetables and stir in the cream cheese. To taste. Drain the tortellini, add to the asparagus and toss everything through. Serve with parmasan.
