Tortellini with Green Asparagus

  • 200 g Tortellini filled with cheese
  • 250 g Green asparagus
  • 6 Cocktail tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp Cream cheese
  • Grated parmasan
  • Salt pepper
  • Olive oil


  • Peel the asparagus if necessary, cut into fine pieces, fry lightly in a pan in a little olive oil, after 3 minutes add the quartered tomatoes. In the meantime, bring plenty of salted water to the boil and cook the tortellini according to the instructions.
  • Add some cooking water to the vegetables and stir in the cream cheese. To taste. Drain the tortellini, add to the asparagus and toss everything through. Serve with parmasan.
