Tortellini with Green Asparagus
The perfect tortellini with green asparagus recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 200 g Tortellini filled with cheese
- 250 g Green asparagus
- 6 Cocktail tomatoes
- 2 tbsp Cream cheese
- Grated parmasan
- Salt pepper
- Olive oil
- Peel the asparagus if necessary, cut into fine pieces, fry lightly in a pan in a little olive oil, after 3 minutes add the quartered tomatoes. In the meantime, bring plenty of salted water to the boil and cook the tortellini according to the instructions.
