Ingredients
- 3 cm Fresh ginger
- 4 tbsp Freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 2 tbsp Lemon, grated
- 2 tbsp Sesame oil brown
- 4 tbsp Olive oil
- 4 tbsp Soy sauce dark
- 1 Chilli fresh
Instructions
- Grate the ginger, add the remaining ingredients (without the chilli) and mix well with the magic wand.
- Prepare the salad, finely chop the chilli, sprinkle on top and cover with the sauce
- Goes well with green salads as well as cucumbers, tomatoes etc.
TIP:
- I frozen a whole organic lemon so I can grate it over anything if I want a lemon touch - smart idea, isn't it?
