Ingredients
 

  • 3 cm Fresh ginger
  • 4 tbsp Freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp Lemon, grated
  • 2 tbsp Sesame oil brown
  • 4 tbsp Olive oil
  • 4 tbsp Soy sauce dark
  • 1 Chilli fresh

Instructions
 

  • Grate the ginger, add the remaining ingredients (without the chilli) and mix well with the magic wand.
  • Prepare the salad, finely chop the chilli, sprinkle on top and cover with the sauce
  • Goes well with green salads as well as cucumbers, tomatoes etc.

TIP:

  • I frozen a whole organic lemon so I can grate it over anything if I want a lemon touch - smart idea, isn't it?
