  • 4 Rainbow trout fresh or frozen
  • Flour to turn
  • Butter for frying or clarified butter
  • Salt and pepper
  • Lemon juice
  • Seasonal herbs

  • Clean the trout, season with salt and drizzle with lemon juice, add a little pepper. Put the butter in a frying pan and turn the trout in flour, then in the pan, fry each side for about 3 minutes. With parsley potatoes and lettuce
