  • 1 Can Tuna in its own juice
  • 1 Clove of garlic
  • 1 Lime, the zest and juice
  • 50 g Creme fraiche Cheese
  • 100 g Cream cheese 3.5% fat
  • 0,5 bunch Parsley
  • Salt and pepper

  • Put the tuna on a sieve and drain well. Peel and finely chop the garlic, wash the lime and use the zest puller to pull about 1 teaspoon of lime zest from the skin and squeeze halfway.
  • Put the tuna with garlic, lime zest and juice, cream cheese and crème fraîche in a tall container and puree using a hand blender. Put the mixture in a bowl and chill for 1 hour. Fold in the parsley and season with salt and pepper.
  • Tastes delicious on bread, for crackers or on slices of cucumber. Here everyone can give free rein to their ideas.
