Turkey Curry
The perfect turkey curry recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 400 g Turkey breast
- 250 g Mushrooms
- 2 Shallots
- 3 Peach halves from the can
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Curry powder
- 400 ml Coconut milk
- Wash the turkey breast, pat dry and cut into small cubes. Clean and chop the mushrooms.
- Heat a little fat in a pan, fry the turkey breast, mushrooms and shallots, add the curry powder and roast.
- Now season with salt and pepper and pour over the coconut milk.
- Chop the peaches and add them to the curry at the end, if you want you can add some peach juice.
- Put some rice on a plate and add curry to taste,
