Ingredients
- 2 Turkey breast fillet
- 2 Garlic pepper
- Seasoned Salt
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 2 tablespoon Cream
- 2 tablespoon Processed cheese with herbs
- 2 Msp Arabia curry powder
- 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
Instructions
- Wash the turkey, pat dry and season well with garlic pepper and herb salt. Peel the cows and cut into small pieces.
- Heat the oil in the pan and fry the meat on both sides, then add the garlic after turning.
- When the desired brownness is achieved, stir in the cream and cheese, reduce the heat significantly and mix the cream and cheese together to form a smooth sauce.
- Season with curry, put a lid on the pan and let the meat soak in the sauce for 15 minutes. Do not boil, otherwise it will burn.
- In the meantime, I used to boil the broccoli in the traditional way in salt water for 8 minutes, pour it off and let a butter flake melt.
- Now serve the turkey fillet with broccoli and boiled potatoes.
