Ingredients
- 2 Turkey fillet
- 125 g Cream cheese
- 400 g Chunky tomatoes
- 50 ml Cream
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 1 Onion
- 0,5 tsp Thyme
- 0,5 tsp Rosemary
- 0,5 tsp Oregano
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- Peel and dice the onion and garlic.
- Heat the oil in a pan and sear the meat on both sides for 3-4 minutes, then season with salt and pepper, remove.
- Sauté the onions and garlic.
- Deglaze with tomatoes, cream and cream cheese.
- Add the meat and simmer for 10 - 12 months.
- Kritharaki noodles as a side dish.
