Ingredients
 

  • 30 g Butter
  • 30 g Sugar
  • 0,25 tsp Ground cinnamon
  • 400 g Apples
  • 30 g Walnut kernels or almonds
  • 65 g Butter
  • 65 g Sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 100 g Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • Milk
  • Fat
  • Lemon flavor
  • 1 packet Glaze

Instructions
 

  • Cover the bottom of a 22 cm springform pan with aluminum foil. Melt the butter, mix the sugar and cinnamon and spread on the bottom of the baking pan.
  • Peel the apples, remove the core and cut into slices about 1/2 cm thick or into wedges and place on top of the cinnamon-sugar mixture. top with walnut kernels or almonds.
  • Mix the butter with sugar until frothy and gradually add the eggs, lemon flavor and flour with the mixed baking powder.
  • If the dough is too firm, add a little milk.
  • Pour the batter over the apples.
  • Bake for 35 minutes at 175 to 200 degrees for 35 minutes.
  • After baking, remove the cake from the edge of the springform pan, peel off the aluminum foil and let it cool.
  • Prepare the cake topping according to the instructions and distribute evenly over the apples by placing the springform pan around the cake.
  • Serve the cake with whipped cream with sugar and vanilla sugar.
