Ingredients
- 30 g Butter
- 30 g Sugar
- 0,25 tsp Ground cinnamon
- 400 g Apples
- 30 g Walnut kernels or almonds
- 65 g Butter
- 65 g Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 100 g Flour
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- Milk
- Fat
- Lemon flavor
- 1 packet Glaze
Instructions
- Cover the bottom of a 22 cm springform pan with aluminum foil. Melt the butter, mix the sugar and cinnamon and spread on the bottom of the baking pan.
- Peel the apples, remove the core and cut into slices about 1/2 cm thick or into wedges and place on top of the cinnamon-sugar mixture. top with walnut kernels or almonds.
- Mix the butter with sugar until frothy and gradually add the eggs, lemon flavor and flour with the mixed baking powder.
- If the dough is too firm, add a little milk.
- Pour the batter over the apples.
- Bake for 35 minutes at 175 to 200 degrees for 35 minutes.
- After baking, remove the cake from the edge of the springform pan, peel off the aluminum foil and let it cool.
- Prepare the cake topping according to the instructions and distribute evenly over the apples by placing the springform pan around the cake.
- Serve the cake with whipped cream with sugar and vanilla sugar.
