Tovuq va yovvoyi sarimsoq pan
Rasm va oddiy bosqichma-bosqich ko'rsatmalar bilan mukammal tovuq va yovvoyi sarimsoq pan retsepti.
- 3 tovuq ko'kragi
- 300 g qo'ziqorin
- 1 piyoz
- 1 bosh sarimsoq
- tuz
- Murch
- 200 ml sabzavotli bulon
- 200 ml sut yoki qaymoq
- 1 ostrich Wild garlic fresh
- Wash the chicken breasts – pat dry and cut into small strips.
- Clean the mushrooms – cut into leaves – peel the onion and garlic and cut into small cubes.
- Heat some oil in a pan and fry the chicken breast until golden – remove and keep warm.
- Now put the mushrooms in the pan and sauté – onion and garlic and sauté – season with salt and pepper
- Tovuq ko'kragini yana bulyon va sut yoki qaymoq bilan qo'shing va hamma narsani ozgina qaynatib qo'ying,
